Asset Based Lenders, or Asset Based Loan Officers, serve middle market companies typically not otherwise serviced by banks. This position is an opportunity to further your career, your network, and your community.

• 5+ years of asset based lending experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and negotiaton skills
• Proficiency in credit underwriting and risk assessment

• Identify business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term relationships
• Develop and maintain Asset Based Loan portfolio
• Analyze financial statements and collateral to assess creditworthiness
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit proposals
• Develop competitive loan structures to serve client's needs
• Assess and mitigate risk, maintain compliance with institutional policies
