Job Description:

• Oversee the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries, accruals, and financial statements

• Reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain precise financial data

• Contribute to budget and forecast preparation, offering insights and analysis

• Aid in the ERP re-implementation, including system configuration, testing, and training

• Work with the Controller to enhance process improvements in financial operations

• Supervise AR/AP functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions

• Conduct various ad-hoc financial analyses and tasks as needed

• Help integrate new inventory software for a seamless transition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

• 3+ years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

• Strong Excel skills with the ability to work comfortably in data-driven environments

• Public accounting background a plus

• CPA, advanced degree, or other relevant professional certifications preferred
