Overview
The Chamberlin Group is seeking a financial services professional with a focus on preparing financial plans. Gather client profile data, conduct portfolio review, and create a plan roadmap for the client by reviewing tax planning strategies, Roth conversion opportunities, expenses, risk, and income planning. Work collaboratively with all team members and provide exceptional support with meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-through with deadlines and commitments.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial plans for Lead Planners. Gather data for creation of client profile. Conduct a portfolio review and create a plan roadmap for the client by reviewing tax planning strategies, Roth conversion opportunities, expenses, risk, and income planning.
- Prepare and draft comprehensive financial reports and recommendations for Lead Planners to deliver to clients. Populate financial planning template with key client data.
- Follow TCG's financial planning process, working collaboratively with other team members.
- Consistently operate with attention-to-detail and excellent follow-through to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized client files in accordance with TCG's policies, procedures, and systems.
- Mentor new Paraplanners in conjunction with their manager to ensure successful onboarding.
- Candidates are encouraged to obtain their CFP designation via internal company-paid incentive program.
- Experience:
Prefer 1-3 years of paraplanning, or related experience. - Education:
College degree preferred; new college graduates will be considered. - Licenses:
Series 65 preferred.
- $65K - $78K + 20% bonus potential.
