• Guide & collaborate:
  Proactively supervise prices and drops/adds of patterns/materials through line sheets during season. Continually look for ways to improve and standardize reports and analyses ensuring valuable insights to stakeholders throughout the business.
• Manage:
  Manage and maintain pricing tools by working closely with the Merchandising, Sales, Demand, and Product Development to improve pricing processes. Manage wholesale price changes.
• Partnership:
  Work with development team on cost break down sheets.
• Analyze:
  Perform ad hoc analyses as requested for costing related initiatives. Perform complex analyses manipulating large data sets to create thoughtful, robust business recommendations.
• Review:
  Review pricing/costing by gender and category rather than by tier to ensure consistency in pricing on constructions/patterns.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years retail costing/pricing experience preferred.
• Retail math required.
• SAP experience required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Self-starter who can work independently and deliver projects on time.
• Problem solving mindset, analytical skills.
