Client Service Associate – Arch Bridge Family Office
Full‑time position in Clayton, Missouri.
About the CompanyArch Bridge Family Office is an independent multi‑family office that advises 65 clients on more than $13 billion of investment assets and more than $15 billion of total wealth. It provides holistic, high‑touch client service including customized investment management and a full range of family office and fiduciary services.
Role OverviewSupport full‑scope client service in investments, charitable giving, cash flow management, tax planning and estate planning. Collaborate with investment, operations and client service teams. Potential for advancement on mastery of analysis and support functions, which may involve client relationship responsibilities in the future.

- Interest in various financial planning areas.
- Manage and assist with preparation of materials for periodic client meetings (cash flows, executive summaries, balance sheets, performance reports, net asset summaries, etc.).
- Facilitate, execute and/or review client requests and transactions (account applications, trade forms, transfers and directives).
- Serve as a liaison to external custodians, attorneys, tax preparers and other advisors/vendors.
- Assist with preparation of trust review documents and tax summaries/payments.
- Coordinate, gather and organize tax and estate planning information/documents.
- Draft financial projections, calculations and investment recommendations with assistance.
- Prior experience in a professional services firm, law firm or financial services environment with exposure to investment, financial planning, tax consulting or estate planning disciplines.
- Experience with portfolio management systems (Addepar, Advent, Black Diamond, Orion, Tamarac) or Schwab Advisor Center.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, SharePoint or Salesforce CRM.
- Certifications such as CPA, CFP, CFA.
