Tax Manager

Responsibilities

A Kforce client is seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing team in Saint Louis, MO. This client offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, etc. This position is located in the Saint Louis, MO area and has a hybrid schedule.

• Prepare and review federal and state partnership tax returns
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely, accurate filings
• Conduct tax research and support compliance and planning initiatives
• Assist with tax planning, projections, and estimated taxes
• Identify tax risks and support mitigation strategies
• Provide tax guidance to internal stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA and/or Master's preferred
• 5+ years of income tax experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax rules
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
