Tax Manager

A Kforce client is seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of tax compliance and reporting while driving process improvements and strategic initiatives across the organization. The role offers strong visibility with senior leadership and the ability to influence key financial decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Tax Manager will manage end-to-end tax compliance process including federal, state, and partnership filings

* Ensure SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls

* Research and resolve complex tax accounting issues

* Partner with auditors and respond to inquiries

* Monitor changes in tax law and assess business impact

* As a Tax Manager, you will lead process improvements and automation initiatives

* Supervise and develop tax staff
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)

* CPA highly preferred

* 5+ years of tax analysis, compliance, and reporting experience

* 3+ years of Big 4 experience (preferred)

* 2+ years of leadership/management experience (preferred)
