Overview
This role supports investment analysts by providing research, analysis, and communication to meet client and firm objectives.
Responsibilities- Provide proactive support to analysts, such as helping prepare for calls, writing recommendations, performing attribution and other analysis.
- Establish proficiency in tools and systems such as Morningstar Direct, Factset, and APEX, utilizing these tools to support analysts and to update appropriate tools/databases.
- Assist in the provision of timely context, information, and insights to key stakeholders related to performance or relevant news flow. Communicate recommendations and other timely information clearly and concisely within the team and to relevant stakeholders to help them make better informed decisions.
- Tailor communications to the audience and adhere to firm and team communication best practices.
- Actively participate and share perspectives in team and department meetings.
- Work in partnership to positively impact firm and team results, and to empower stakeholders to achieve their strategic objectives within an inclusive environment.
- Impact the team by having a positive attitude and actively soliciting other people's perspectives and ideas to accomplish objectives.
- Actively engage and share perspective with key stakeholders to achieve our organizational mission.
- Support department, division and firm initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or similar consistent with investment manager due diligence.
- 1-3 Years Industry Experience in Finance, Economics, Investment Manager Due Diligence or similar.
- Series 7 and Series 66 consistent with department policy.
- CFA – beginning or work toward achieving the designation, consistent with department policy required.
- Desire to work in partnership with other team members to deliver team results.
- Desire to learn or contribute to data and analytic work including Python, R, AI integration or other similar skillsets preferred.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
