AR​/Collections Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR/Collections Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. This role is responsible for collections for all 5 divisions.

• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
• Research issues on customer accounts and escalating internally as needed
• Identify slow‑paying customers and recommend collection candidates
• Prepare and send monthly customer statements
• Manage cash application ensuring all cash receipts are applied properly
• Process customer credit applications

• High School diploma/GED
• 3–5 years collection and accounts receivable experience
• Experience with Oracle a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
