Private Wealth Management Investment Partner
The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Investment Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned book of client relationships, focusing on investment oversight, portfolio construction, risk management, and high-quality client service. This role is designed for an investment professional who excels at managing assets and relationships. Additionally this role will serve as a support function to Senior Portfolio Managers with opportunities to learn and grow as part of a team.
Incumbents need to possess a proven track record of sales support to be viewed as a trusted partner to a Portfolio Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to seven years of related experience
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client facing skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
- Passing Level 1 and 2 of CFA designation highly desirable
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
