  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the bank
  • Underwrite and analyze LIHTC construction, equity, and pre‑development loans
  • Review financial statements, project budgets, sources and uses, and contingency funding
  • Monitor construction progress, draw requests, project milestones, and placed‑in‑service deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of LIHTC programs, regulations, and development financing structures
  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and credit underwriting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Work directly with executive leadership and decision‑makers
  • Play a key role in financing affordable housing developments across multiple markets
