VP of Finance & Accounting

Kforce is partnering with a growing organization in the Saint Louis area to identify a VP of Finance & Accounting. This leadership role will oversee key finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder administration. The position will also support strategic growth initiatives, operational expansion efforts, and the development of new business platforms across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and treasury activities

* Oversee monthly close processes and support accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple entities

* Manage compliance, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements in partnership with external advisors and service providers

* Coordinate investor-related processes, ownership records, and stakeholder communications

* Support business growth initiatives, including entity setup, operational infrastructure, and process implementation

* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial best practices, improve controls, and enhance reporting capabilities

* Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that support organizational growth and operational efficiency
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification preferred

* Progressive experience in accounting, finance, or related financial environments

* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, and cash management

* Experience supporting audits, tax compliance, and external service providers

* Familiarity with financial systems and reporting platforms

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
