We are always looking to add great talent to our team in St. Louis, and there are two key roles that we fill on a regular basis with external candidates:
- Associate on Acquisitions team
- MBA Summer Intern on Acquisitions, Portfolio Support and Deal Origination teams
The Associate position is a pre-MBA role that typically continues for 2-3 years. The Associate supports TSCP's deal-making and investment practice. Associate responsibilities include: research and evaluation of potential investments; valuation analysis and financial modeling; transaction due diligence; and interactions with portfolio company management, external advisors, and bankers. Minimum qualifications include: investment banking experience; academic success at a competitive undergraduate program;
and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
We also hire rising 2nd year MBA Summer Interns for our Acquisition, Portfolio Support and Deal Origination teams from highly-ranked business school programs:
- Acquisition team interns support TSCP's deal-making and investment practice and have many of the same responsibilities as listed above for the Associate role; investment banking experience is required for Acquisition team interns;
- Interns on our other two teams will utilize their consulting, corporate or investment banking experience pre-MBA to support portfolio companies and TSCP deal teams on key business projects (Portfolio Support) or to generate and evaluate new deal opportunities for TSCP (Deal Origination).
Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to email us attaching a resume/CV at Our recruiting cycle for these roles generally begins in October/November each year.
