Job Description
Responsible for demonstrating and ensuring all team members provide an excellent customer experience reflective of U.S. Bank culture and core values. The primary duty is to lead and manage branch(es) to ensure that goals are met and that compliance with all banking laws and regulations is maintained. This role will regularly coach, develop, mentor, and train team members, exercising discretion with independent judgement to perform necessary duties.
It requires utilizing effective communication and critical thinking to identify financial resources for customers and fulfill those needs by providing direction and recommendations to appropriate products and services, helping individual and business customers reach their financial goals through collaboration with partners including wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services.
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives and maintain regulatory compliance.

- Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market and community, expanding the customer base.

- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation
Z. - Compliance with criminal background and credit check requirements.
- Adherence to all regulatory, policy, and compliance issues related to retail banking.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- One to two years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
- Deep product and service knowledge, including regulatory, policy, and compliance issues.
- Solid understanding of retail product philosophy, policies, procedures, documentation, and systems.
- Knowledge of teller and platform functions, including transaction processing, cash balancing, and account opening.
- Analytical skills for evaluating credit requests, preparing budgets, and determining market trends.
- Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, relationship management, time management, and sales skills.
- Problem‑solving ability with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment.
- Understanding of employment practices such as rewards, recognition, employee development, and change management.
The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week and includes two or more hours of driving per week.

Pay Range: $70,560.00 – $86,240.00
