Position Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry or related field experience is required.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and quality to ensure department goals and deadlines are met or exceeded as well as being adaptable to change.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload in order to be able to fulfill the needs of the client and EJTC teams.
- Strong customer service focus that supports the firm's commitment to exceed client needs and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Takes initiative; motivated self-starter and detailed oriented, able to meet deadlines while working independently.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Advanced Microsoft skills (Macro, Excel)
- High level of learning agility
