Enterprise Bank & Trust in St. Louis is seeking a Fair Lending Compliance Officer to lead CRA and fair lending analysis, models, and risk assessments for mortgage and other credit products. You will work with leadership to monitor CRA performance, ensure data collection and reporting, and train staff on CRA and fair lending requirements.
A bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of compliance experience are required, with preference for experience in large institutions and risk assessments.
