** Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:*
* + Post payments, process advances, and perform loan servicing transactions accurately and efficiently
+ Complete system updates including address changes, auto debit setup, and account maintenance activities
+ Create payoff letters, auto debit authorizations, and conduct detailed loan research
+ Review loan documentation, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining data accuracy
** Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
+ Ability to review, interpret, and analyze loan documents with a high level of attention to detail
+ Previous experience in customer service, financial services, banking, loan servicing, or related administrative functions preferred

** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

** Assignment Length:
** 12-month assignment

** Pay Details:** $32.06 per hour
