As a Specialist - International Client Services Professional, your interactions with clients will be phone based with our International and Domestic clients (individual investors) that are trading securities in the US exchanges.
You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, to assist with customer service and trading for both Domestic and International clients. The relationships that you create and uphold will have direct impacts as you aid our clients to “Own their tomorrow”.
- Provide phone-based service to domestic and international clients trading securities on US exchanges.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to assist with customer service and trading support for both Domestic and International clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships that support client success and satisfaction.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Service (Core or eServices), Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services with emphasis in trading and proactive, consultative client engagement.
- Passion for trading and market knowledge; ability to discuss trading topics and solutions with clients.
- Department operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week; shift flexibility is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to mitigate risk and maintain trading accuracy while following policies and procedures.
- Desire to continually learn and grow knowledge in personal finance.
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment.
