Tax Manager

Title:

Tax Senior or Tax Manager (flexible based on experience)

• Tax Senior: $100K – $115K
• Tax Manager: $135K – $175K

• Newly established Tax service line (launched in 2025)
• High exposure to HNW individuals and family office clients
• Strong emphasis on individual tax vs. corporate tax
• Opportunity to build, influence, and grow the practice from the ground up

• CPA required
• Background from a mid-size or boutique firm, RIA, or family office
• Strong experience with individual / HNW tax returns
• Interest in leadership, including mentorship, performance management, and team development

• ~40 hours per week outside of busy season
• ~50–60 hours per week during busy season
