Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and value creation
* Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow results; present insights and recommendations to leadership
* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Develop and maintain KPIs, financial dashboards, and management reporting
* Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and margin improvement
* Perform customer, product, and profitability analyses to support growth strategies
* Build financial models and ROI analyses for capital investments and strategic initiatives
* Support M&A activities, including valuation, due diligence, and integration efforts
* Drive finance process improvements, automation, and data analytics initiatives
* Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, financial statement reviews, and variance analysis
* Participate in system enhancement projects, including ERP implementations
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree a plus
* 3-5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience
* Manufacturing industry experience preferred
* Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience
* Proven ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights
