The Role .

Let’s make moves! This position is for a non-licensed employee – This individual is compensated indirectly on every transaction that comes through the branch based on the successful financial management of the branch and its operations.
This employee does not perform nor are they permitted to perform any MLO activities with consumers and is not eligible to be the branch manager of record in NMLS.

What you’ll be doing .
  • Recruit and attract licensed real estate agents and business development specialists to grow branch volume and production.
  • Generate new business opportunities through driving marketing initiatives and networking opportunities for the branch.
  • Effectively support your sales team with strategy and mentorship on relationship building and sales tactics.
  • Manage branch P&L within Loan Vision according to corporate designated branch fiscal policy.
  • Manage all branch expenses and follow the corporate-designated branch expense policy.
  • Participate in Monthly sales and operations calls.
  • Provide excellent service and represent the Revolution brand with dignity and class both internal to your team as well as customer facing when applicable.
Compliance Requirements
  • All employees of Revolution are required to abide by the employment handbook that will be part of your onboarding packet and available on the company intranet.
  • All employees will be required to participate in all required training and/or team meetings.
  • All employees will be required to complete monthly attestations.
  • All employees will be required to utilize the software and equipment as intended for Revolution business purposes.
Employee Management
  • This position will be assigned to a branch production partner that will handle the day-to-day loan operations as well as manage the overall pipeline.
  • This position requires participation in at least two monthly pipeline meetings.
  • Meetings shall be recorded and properly stored on Revolution Servers for compliance
  • This position requires understanding and fluency in Loan Vision and Concur and managing the P&L according to the Revolution Branch Fiscal Policy.
  • This position requires an understanding of Revolution marketing guidelines and best practices to stay compliant with RESPA.
Compensation
  • This position will have a starting pay of state minimum wage and be capped at 10 hours of work per week.
  • As the employee successfully manages the P&L they will be eligible per the Revolution Mortgage Branch Fiscal Policy to withdrawal eligible funds as income through the course of the year.
  • This position will require a technology fee of $200/pay.
Revolution Equipment
  • This position will be assigned a Revolution Laptop
  • Software Access Level: This position will be assigned read only access in Encompass

1,333.80 - 2,667.60 USD per month (8400 St. Louis (21282))
