Responsibilities
Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Louis area to hire a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst. This role supports the organization's strategic growth initiatives by providing financial analysis, valuation modeling, and transaction support throughout the M&A lifecycle. The ideal candidate will partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate acquisition opportunities, conduct due diligence, and deliver insights that support key business and investment decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation modeling to support acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic growth initiatives
- Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, and post‑transaction integration efforts
- Collaborate with legal and cross‑functional teams to review transaction documents and support deal execution
- Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and materials for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Partner across departments to support strategic initiatives and contribute to successful M&A activities in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced degree or MBA a plus
- 3+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, investment banking, or strategic finance
- Demonstrated deal experience, including hands‑on involvement in enterprise valuation and full M&A transaction cycles
- Strong financial modeling skillset - proven ability to independently build, stress‑test, and interpret complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, etc.)
- Background in investment banking, valuation firms, corporate development, or strategic advisory roles
Pay range is disclosed in good faith for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. The range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
