Position Summary

The Treasury & Debt Manager will own the day-to-day treasury operating model and support the CFO with cash, debt, banking, liquidity, short-term investment, and treasury control matters. This role will help establish clear processes for cash forecasting, debt schedules, lender reporting, bank account administration, signer controls, customer deposit liquidity, and treasury reporting. The position requires a hands‑on treasury professional who can work across a growing global organization and partner closely with the Enterprise Controller, FP&A, Finance Systems / Oracle Transformation, operations, legal, external banking partners, and other stakeholders.

The role is expected to improve visibility, strengthen controls, reduce key-person dependency, and create repeatable treasury processes that support accurate reporting and sound financial decision‑making.

Responsibilities Treasury, Cash Forecasting, and Liquidity Management
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and 13-week cash forecasting processes across the organization.
  • Prepare recurring cash reporting for the CFO, including cash balances by bank, entity, currency, restricted status, and availability.
  • Monitor liquidity needs, customer deposit activity, project-related cash requirements, payroll, AP disbursements, and other near‑term cash uses.
  • Partner with FP&A and operations to improve cash forecasting assumptions and connect project forecasts to expected cash receipts and disbursements.
  • Identify excess cash that may be available for short‑term investment while maintaining appropriate liquidity for operating and project needs.
Debt Administration and Lender Reporting
  • Maintain the company’s debt schedule, including lender, entity, facility type, maturity, interest rate, collateral, covenant requirements, and reporting deadlines.
  • Support preparation of lender reporting packages, covenant support, borrowing base information, availability analysis, and other bank-required schedules.
  • Track interest expense, debt service requirements, letters of credit, guarantees, bonding exposure, and other treasury-related obligations.
  • Coordinate with the CFO, accounting, legal, and external advisors on debt amendments, new facilities, renewals, guarantees, and required lender deliverables.
  • Help develop reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into debt, liquidity, borrowing capacity, covenants, and treasury risk.
