Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Partnership Specialist.

What You Will Be DoingAs part of the client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the firm's Financial Advisors (FAs). You will conduct virtual meetings to review eligibility, business plan models, and help guide FAs on compensation, tax considerations, healthcare options, and retirement benefits. This role is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. You will build strong relationships with FAs by understanding their unique needs and ensuring they are well-informed.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing for and leading detailed discussions, providing clear guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Conduct 1:1 Zoom calls with Financial Advisors to review partnership eligibility and business plan scenarios.
- Analyze detailed financial and personal information to provide accurate guidance.
- Prepare documentation and summaries for client meetings to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Support FAs in understanding their compensation options, tax implications, and retirement plans.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal and financial information handled during client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and follow-up on action items.
- Continuously update and improve knowledge of financial services, tax regulations, and firm offerings.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly with professionalism and confidence to build trust and rapport.
- 2+ years of experience in financial advisory support, client service, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a relevant certification in tax preparation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and offer clear solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Experience in individual or partnership tax return preparation.
- Familiarity with retirement planning, healthcare options, and federal/state tax considerations.
- Previous experience working with financial advisors or within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to educate clients and guide them through complex decision-making processes.
Pay: $41.30 – $59.00 /hr

Pay ranges are influenced by candidate qualifications, experience, and role specifics, with the actual rate determined considering skills, market conditions, and are subject to change by the employer; pay negotiations follow all state and federal legal guidelines.
