Small Business Market Manager

Midland States Bank is seeking a Small Business Market Manager to lead growth and relationship development with small business clients across the Midwest. In this role, you will drive deposit and loan portfolio growth, lead local business development efforts, and deepen relationships through tailored banking, cash management, and treasury solutions. You will coach and support branch and business bankers, partner with product and credit teams, and ensure strong credit quality, risk management, and compliance.
