Wealth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to provide comprehensive wealth management advice and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role partners closely with individuals and families to develop personalized financial strategies and help clients make the most informed decisions related to their wealth.

Our client offers an industry-leading strategic platform, and brings together holistic financial planning, access to institutional-quality investments, life and legacy planning, and impact initiatives for clients. With centralized back-office services, resources, and technology, the platform is delivered and supported by a team of experts acting as an extension of our Advisors' practice. • Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing a best-in-class client experience.
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as client needs evolve.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated, holistic solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Stay current on financial markets, planning strategies, and industry developments while ensuring adherence to regulatory and firm policies.

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth.
• Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment.
• Financial planning experience preferred.
• CFP, CFA, or other professional designations preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team while being a self-starter.
• Outgoing, sales-minded, self-motivated, and multi-faceted, with a drive to help grow the business.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, beginning at $110,000.
