This person will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners, underwriting new investment opportunities, managing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and preparing investment materials like presentations and investment memos.

• Underwrite new investment opportunities and analyze financial data to assess real estate acquisitions.
• Manage projects and transactions throughout the acquisition process.
• Create compelling presentations, investment memos, and reports using tools such as PowerPoint or Tableau.
• Conduct market analysis and research to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including capital markets, property management, and regional development teams.
• Perform financial analysis to evaluate the performance and potential of investment opportunities.
