Financial Operations Analyst

Financial Analyst

• Partner closely with operations leadership to analyze financial and operational performance
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reporting that provides visibility into key business and financial metrics
• Lead budgeting and forecasting support, translating operational activity into financial projections
• Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and communicate key drivers and insights to stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance KPI tracking and reporting related to operational and financial performance
• Review and analyze weekly expenses, identifying discrepancies and working cross-functionally to resolve issues
• Support month-end close and reporting accuracy, including reconciliations and validation of financial data
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
• Assist with improving financial reporting tools, processes, and systems to increase visibility and decision support
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support both internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or accounting with strong analytical exposure
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate operational activity into financial insights
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational environments is a plus
