Bell & Associates has been engaged to recruit a Corporate Controller for a PE-backed platform in Nashville. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role to build the accounting infrastructure from the ground up and serve as a partner to the CFO.
The Controller will own close, reporting, GAAP compliance, treasury, and acquisition integration for 3–6 acquisitions per year. Hybrid in Nashville with travel to CT or MT and ERP/tech-stack implementation are key priorities.
