- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in fiduciary management, trust administration, or wealth management leadership.
- Deep knowledge of fiduciary law, regulatory requirements, and trust governance.
- Legal or Juris Doctor (JD) background often preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated executive leadership, sound judgment, and strong regulatory credibility.
- 10+ years of progressive fiduciary, trust, or wealth management experience
- Prior experience in senior fiduciary leadership or second-line fiduciary oversight roles
- Demonstrated interaction with regulators and governance committees
