Associate Attorney

A leading Am Law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Commercial Finance Associate with 3+ years of experience handling sophisticated lending and finance transactions.

This role offers the opportunity to work with an established Commercial Finance Group representing lenders, financial institutions, and borrowers in complex financing matters across a variety of industries.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lending and finance documents
• Assist with secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated loans, acquisition financings, and other commercial loan transactions
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and transaction parties throughout the lending process
• Support partners on complex financing matters and client counseling

• 3+ years of experience handling sophisticated commercial loan transactions
• Strong understanding of commercial lending and finance concepts
• Excellent drafting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
