    • Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends to identify deviations from budgets and forecasts and propose corrective measures.
    • Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation. Lead post‑acquisition financial integration, ensuring alignment of reporting structures, processes, and performance tracking.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies; recommend and implement internal controls where needed.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop realistic, data‑driven budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Build and maintain financial models to project cash flow, revenue, and profitability; monitor performance against these forecasts.
    • Develop forward‑looking financial scenarios that incorporate market trends, growth assumptions, and operational drivers to support executive decision‑making.
  • Business Partnering & Strategic Support:
    • Collaborate across business segments and functions to provide financial guidance on key business decisions and initiatives.
