VP & Treasurer

Responsibilities

A client of Kforce is seeking an experienced VP & Treasurer in the Saint Louis, MO area to lead the organization's treasury function and play a key role in supporting its long-term financial strategy and growth. This executive-level position will oversee treasury operations, liquidity, capital structure, debt management, banking relationships, and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital
• Lead debt, financing, and capital structure activities
• Manage banking, lending, investor, and financial institution relationships
• Support strategic transactions and capital allocation initiatives
• Oversee financial risk management, including hedging and insurance programs
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Lead and develop the treasury function while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or treasury teams
• Strong experience with cash and liquidity management, debt financing, capital structure, and financial risk
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, banking, and capital markets
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with a track record of developing teams and driving strategic initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
