What You'll Be Doing The Trade Support provides support to Traders and Financial Advisors by correcting trades and verifying they are processed accurately. This position provides support while meeting all regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Provide support to Traders and Financial Advisors, primarily correcting trades.
- Work with other departments to resolve back office issues, including contacting other brokerage firms on comparison discrepancies.
- Monitor regulatory websites taking corrective action or manually report trades as needed. This includes working daily with compliance on reporting issues.
- Provide Traders daily reports for balancing and P&L details.
- Process and maintain all fixed income invoices and master agreements.
- High degree of attention to detail and working autonomously.
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide status reporting on assignments.
- Applied data analysis skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines; is able to follow through and accomplish tasks.
- Ability to interact in a team environment and collaborate with others, but is also able to work independently and have the ability to adapt to change, adjust to multiple and shifting priorities, and coordinate and balance multiple tasks.
- Minimum
Required:
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree. - Minimum
Required:
1+ years of related experience in the financial or banking industry.
- Minimum Preferred:
Series 7 or obtain in time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
