We are looking for a candidate with a background supporting customers with brokerage support questions and complaints. This team specifically supports Operational & Service complaints.
The accounts that are being supported are either self-directed or serviced by a financial advisor.
- Retirement, non-retirement, Trust, business, custodial accounts are examples.
- Accounts values can be of any amount
Examples of Operational & Service complaints can be:
- Account maintenance/opening
- Trading
- Website logon
- Account restrictions
- Estate processing
- Fees
- Money movement
- Customer Service
- Customer support
- Series 7
- Brokerage
- Investments
- Years of experience: 2 years
