This is a high-visibility opportunity to join a fast-growing, profitable, private equity-backed company that is continuing to expand through acquisitions. You'll work directly with a CFO who can be a great mentor while gaining meaningful exposure to the broader C-suite and playing an important role in budgeting, forecasting, M&A analysis, and strategic decision-making.
The position offers a competitive base salary plus a 20% bonus, along with strong work/life balance for a finance role with this level of executive exposure, typically around 40 hours per week and rarely exceeding 50 even during busier periods. Most importantly, this isn't intended to be a career stopping point. As the company continues to grow, there is strong potential to advance into a Director or VP of Finance role.
