Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a full- time detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support corporate treasury, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis initiatives. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key financial decisions through reporting, modeling, and analytical insights. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, models, and recurring management reports
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury and financial performance reporting
  • Analyze business opportunities
  • Support quarterly Finance Committee reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Track and evaluate financial performance trends and key business metrics
  • Assist with valuation analysis and acquisition opportunities
  • Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Provide backup support for treasury operations and special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, FP&A, or corporate finance
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience
  • Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and valuation methodologies
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with VBA, Access, or other financial reporting tools is a plus
