Assurance Senior - Financial Services Group; FSG

CLA is seeking an Assurance Senior to join our growing Financial Services Group
. In this role, you will work closely with financial institution clients, delivering high-quality audit, review, and compilation services while serving as a trusted advisor and mentor to team members. • Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements serving financial institution clients.
• Assist with engagement planning and all aspects of financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate, delegate, and review the work of Associates to help ensure quality and timely client service.
• Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data to identify control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, fraud risks, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial information and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members while contributing to a positive team culture.

• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred
• Prior experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
