DESCRIPTION:

• Legislative – Assist the Executive Director with organizing and executing Legislative Action Day at the Missouri State Capitol in January.
• Event Planning – Assists with the planning and execution of the MPRA Annual Conference & Expo scheduled for February 16-19, 2027 - in Lake Ozark, MO. Registration, meals, and lodging provided.
• Assist with planning of other MPRA Spring Events including AFO, CPSI, Maintenance Rodeos, and more.
• Membership – Assist MPRA members with processing memberships, event registrations, and other activities using association management software.
• General Clerical – Infrequent. May include answering incoming telephone calls, drafting minutes, researching, filing, and photocopying.
• Other – Performs other duties and completes special projects assigned by the Executive Director

Position open until filled. Anticipated start date is December 14, 2026, through March 5, 2027.
