- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Review RBT data and session notes, providing feedback and support
- Build strong partnerships with families to develop goals, communicate progress, and offer coaching and support
- Participate in staff interviews and monthly team meetings
- Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Eligibility to be licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with the Missouri State Licensing Board
- Planning to take the BCBA exam within 3 months of starting
- Experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly valued
- Additional ABA community experience is highly valued
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
