We’re seeking dedicated and highly independent Registered Behavior Technicians who thrive in autonomous environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional in‑home ABA therapy. Our ideal candidate is self‑motivated, reliable, and confident managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress & support families.

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
