Location: St. Louis
Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $23.30/hour - - Responsibilities:
Assist in activities of daily living (personal hygiene, eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, exercise and ambulation);
Provide meal preparation based on clients needs; assist during mealtimes;
May accompany client to doctor appointments; run errands;
Communicate changes in client status to appropriate staff;
Complete necessary paperwork and document tasks performed in clients home
