Are you looking for an opportunity to directly impact patient care as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist? As a specialist, you will provide pharmaceutical services to patients in our Perioperative Services department. In this role, you will be able to provide pharmaceutical expertise, enhance medication use workflows and optimize the value, safety, and quality of patient care throughout the surgical continuum. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with multiple departments including the Departments of Anesthesiology, Surgery, Perioperative Services and Pharmacy.

- M-F - Days
- 2-3 weekends a year
