Required Qualifications- Physical Therapist, Skilled
- Experience:
1 year - Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
- Certifications:
BLS (Copy Needed) - SSN Required
- DOB Required
- References: 1 reference in entire work history
License and SNF experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications- Travel experience is preferred
