- Must have a current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in their daily living activities
- Encourage resident engagement and socialization to promote overall well-being
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
- Administer or assist with self‑administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision
- Accurately maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed
- Conduct frequent resident rounds and supervise CNAs to ensure proper care
- Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on any issues
