Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in St. Louis, MO. The responsibilities include developing and implementing behavior support plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing individualized interventions for clients. The BCBA will offer support and training for parents, caregivers, and staff to promote skill acquisition and behavior management. The role also involves monitoring progress, analyzing data, and modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Knowledge of behavior management and its application in clinical settings
  • Experience in providing parent education and facilitating training sessions
  • Background in psychology or related fields
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work in a team environment
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
