Come join our team as a full-time Administrative Coordinator with BJC Medical Group with our Hospitalist Program located in Creve Coeur, this is a rare opportunity to join a great team!
- Outpatient
- 40-Hours per week
- Day Shift : 6:00a-2:30p

Missouri Baptist Medical Center Hospitalists are medical physicians who specialize in the care of hospitalized patients. They are located on the campus located in Town & Country, MO.
Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
Responsibilities
- Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
- Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
- Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
- Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
- No Experience
Preferred Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
