CPRC Supervisor Adapt), you’ll guide and support a dedicated group of professionals delivering community-based mental health services to adults in Saint Louis city & county. In this vital role, you’ll provide clinical supervision, direct care coordination, and help ensure quality and compliance standards are met—playing a key part in helping clients reach their recovery goals.

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight of community-based behavioral health services in alignment with CPRC and DMH standards
- Ensure program compliance with clinical, licensing, and Medicaid billing requirements
- Support staff in delivering person-centered care, including timely completion of assessments, recovery plans, and documentation
- Coordinate care across systems and ensure continuity through partnerships with external agencies and service providers
- Promote quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and strategic goals through active participation in CQI initiatives
- Monitor program operations including staff performance, transportation safety, client service utilization, and funding continuity
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment with a focus on wellness, accountability, and positive client outcomes
- Driving is an essential function of the position
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field required
- Master’s degree in a human service-related field preferred
- If no relevant Master’s degree is obtained,
- Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (RR)
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree, plus three (3) years of experience providing community support services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders in accordance with the community support key service functions. Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
- A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required
