Join Our Team

Esse Health is currently seeking full-time Medical Assistants for our Comprehensive Primary Care Associates office located at 13303 Tesson Ferry Road.

Opportunity
  • We are willing to train CNA's, PCT's, EMT's and those who have previous clinical healthcare experience!
  • Full-time opening
  • Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m.

    - 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m.

    - 2:00 p.m.
  • No nights, weekends or holidays
  • $17.37 - $18.00/hour (typical starting wage - may vary depending on experience level)
  • Outpatient clinical practice
Day-to-Day
  • Perform back office functions
  • Assist the provider in the interviewing, examination and treatment of patients
  • Measure vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight and height
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (Next Gen)
  • Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team
Who We Are Seeking (preferred)
  • A CNA, PCT or EMT (or other clinical worker) who would like to apply their skills to learn how to function as a Medical Assistant in a doctor's office environment.
  • The Medical Assistant is highly visible in their interactions with patients and must therefore project a positive office image at all times including smiling, greeting patients with enthusiasm, and maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude in all interactions with patients and coworkers.
  • PC/Windows proficiency.
  • Willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to work compatibly with physicians, coworkers, and employees in other departments.
