Travel Radiation Therapist

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 12‑week assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. The position is 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.

The right candidate should have at least one year of experience and a current BLS certification. A valid ARRT (T) National Certification is required.

• Administer prescribed doses of radiation to specific body parts using radiation therapy equipment.
• Position patients accurately and comfortably for each treatment session.
• Verify treatment settings and patient identity before delivering therapy.
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Use imaging technology (e.g., CT, X-rays) to guide accurate treatment delivery.
• Document treatment details and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, dosimetrists, and other team members.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, side effects, and care during treatment.
• Inspect, maintain, and calibrate radiation therapy equipment regularly.
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols for both patients and staff.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Valid BLS certification.
• ARRT (T) National Certification.
• State licensure may be required.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and operate complex equipment.
• Compassionate care for patients in emotionally sensitive situations.

Job . Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
